I have 27 years teaching experience in education, with 25 years spent at Outstanding Specialist schools in Lancashire. I am a passionate and highly skilled specialist teacher focusing on communication and SEND.

I have worked across EYFS, Primary and Secondary key stages, supporting a diverse range of needs and ensuring every pupil receives the right support to succeed.

I have previously served as a SENCO, but my greatest achievements have come from my role as a Communication Specialist. I have worked closely with Speech and Language Therapy teams to introduce targeted interventions and to create inclusive total communication environments.

My approach is warm, practical and child-centred, built on the belief that communication is the key to enabling every learner to grow and flourish.
